Exchange:

Exchange in product is allowed within 14 days of delivery time, only in case of product is defective, broken, tempered or in case of size mismatch.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must send the photo of such defective product on customer care at 74474-96903 or email us at shop@stufflane.com.
If the price of exchanged product is higher than your previous product, then you will have to make payment for such excess amount by G-pay or UPI.
If the price of exchanged product is lower than your previous product, then you will get refund of such short amount by G-pay or UPI from us.
You will charged for am amount of shipping incurred on your order on both to and fro side.

Return:

Refunds (if applicable):

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will be paid amount after deducting shipping charges incurred on your order on both to and fro side.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
